- Manages Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin outlet to achieve the highest hotel restaurant standard.
- Liaises with Chef and Beverage team to ensure that F&B are produced at optimum level.

- Manage export documents (eg. FORM D) accordingly.
- Book shipments with the shipping company.
- Travel abroad to international exhibitions in USA, Germany, Hong Kong and Jap
