1. Minimum high school or hospitality management or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience management in the hotel restaurant/outlet.
3. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
4. Creative thinking and computer skills.
5. Manages the team ensuring guest satisfaction, quality and high standard of service of customer.
6. Financial literacy and Inventory control skills.

- Manages Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin outlet to achieve the highest hotel restaurant standard. - Liaises with Chef and Beverage team to ensure that F&B are produced at optimum level. - Maintains the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. - Ensures efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
