1. Prepare and recheck homeowner documents for present to Committee.
2. Monitoring and evaluation all projects to be consistent with propose, plan,
timetable and budget.
3. Site visit and report for monitoring and evaluation all projects in zone according to
the annual plan.
4. Liaise with APO (where applicable); give information according to APOs request
(seek instruction from Manager where appropriate)
5. Summarize monitoring and evaluation report to be consistent with project plan
