- Partner with Client’s loyalty & CRM manager and require working at Client office for 3 days in a week (in normal situation/not during the pandemic).
- All duties relating to the marketing campaigns and platforms operation of Client’s Loyalty & CRM program, especially promotions, CRM campaigns and platforms operations that relate to customer experience.
- Assist Customer Service operation team lead and client to ensure the customer experience from E2E on campaign execution and Program's C
-Communicate effectively with the team and clients to maintain existing relationships assisting in the creation and development of new client relationships.
-Assisting with sales and administrative tasks such as answering the phone, making vendor calls, key customer’s data in CRM system, etc.
-Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals.
-Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
