Responsibilities
Job Summary & Purpose:
The Store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved.
Principal Accountabilities:
-To manage the assigned store to meet store target both financial aspects and opera-tional standard aspects (Store Appearance, Product variety, etc.).
-To create schedule shift hours that would best suit the store operation
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
- Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Build and manage recruitment team performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with both internal and external stakeholders
