Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
Providing assistance to customers, including wine tasting and education, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Store Operations:
Managing daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Inventory Management:
Overseeing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and maintaining attractive displays.
• Staff Management:
Training, scheduling, and supervising staff, fostering a knowledgeable
- Introduce products and provide services at the Bar to customers both walk-in to dine-in including takeaway and through online channels (LINE OA)
- Inform customers of promotions to stimulate sales.
- Summarize customer orders using POS system and compile
- Sales reports for the retails shop and bar (dine-in) at the end of the day.
- Prepare products with made sure is good condition to delivery to customers period.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to ensure a welcoming environment o
• Administer user accounts and groups by adding, changing, and deleting user IDs/profiles/groups in accordance with the principle of least privilege as well as established approval procedures and Enterprise Security policies for network (Active Directory), server (Windows, UNIX, AS400, etc) and centrally managed applications.
• Maintain account administration procedure documentation
• Troubleshoot issues regarding account setup and access issues.
