Greet customers & provide information
Assist with customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail & in person
Complete customer registration procedures & general administrative
Allocate room to customers
Receives & maintains reservation in accommodation venue
Perform cashiering & processing all guest charges during their stay
Tidy & maintain the reception area
Response email, make booking with hotels, service providers, transportation
Offer and propose the tour program
Complete booking, invoicing and issue the travel paper
Work at office 09:00 - 18:00
