1. Assist with coordination of various department meetings/Supplier /
2. Coordinate with partner companies to handle condominium projects
3. Meeting with partner company ( in English )
4. Check project progress and research on real estate market
5. Observe the progress of sales for condominium and improve in case of having problems
6. Other related tasks as assigned
Manages building operations and oversee a team of Property & Facilities Management staff
Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and rubbish removal services
Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.
