1. Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
2. Prepare and manage employment contracts, probation tracking, and employee records.
3. Collect and prepare payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leave, sick days).
4. Coordinate social security (SSO) registration, updates, and statutory HR requirements.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (digital and physical).
6. Support basic HR reporting and documentation.
