Monitor and follow up the in-store execution of sales in Modern Trade customer.
Conduct frequent visit to Modern Trade customers (store level) and build good relationship with them.
Working closely together with customers and team to improve working efficiency.
Control and follow up sales promotion by coordinate with Trade Marketing team.
To ensues that sales equipment and point of sales material are sufficient to the requirement
Manage in-store inventory and ensure FIFO circul
- To handle CFOs daily schedules, meetings and appointments
- To follow up and update on tasks and assignments given
- To arrange travelling and accommodations for CFO
- To handle internal and external correspondences as requested
- To provide full secretarial support including filing and keeping confidential information
- To perform miscellaneous tasks as workload allows (occasionally support division managers within the function on selected task, prepare simple reports.
