Job description:
1. Sourcing products, negotiating with partner companies.
2. Check inventory in order to plan the ordering of products.
3. Follow up on product delivery by partner companies.
4. Prepare correct information in the computer system.
5. Prepare Purchasing documents related to product information and prepare letters to partner companies.
6. Solve problems related to Purchasing work.
7. Coordinate with relevant agencies.

- Quotation review, B.O.Q check and PO issue process is a must
- Able to read design and drawing specification, including interior cost estimation
- Be able to manage furniture and props inventory management (Approve, Furniture Request, Furniture and Props Purchasing)
- Coordinating with suppliers to communicate design issues as plan and less impact to the store performance.

-Project Management - Represent Supply Chain in participate in engineering project/technical terms.

• Source new suppliers, both domestic and international, to support other requirements
• Create and improve processes and initiate cost reduction schemes with suppliers
