We are recruiting an Executive Sous Chef who will look after and administer the entire culinary functions with multiple kitchen locations and 50+ staff. Duties will include creation of food items, menu planning, developing and maintaining quality/cost control, keeping high level of cleanliness/safety, kitchen staff training, special food promotion and other administration.
- Coordination with foreign customers.
- Conduct marketing plan, marketing research and analysis
- Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share
- Follow up with customers and internally on order day to day operation
- Able to prepare market / sales analysis, sales forecast and annual budget
- Providing basic secretarial support to Legal department
-Perform project administration work as assigned, including document preparation, document filing, meeting room reservation, taking minutes of meeting.
-Coodinate with other departments
-Other administrative activities as assigned
