• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for office and outsourced staff.
• Prepare and verify payroll, benefits, and Social Security data accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues for staff.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
• Design and implement training roadmaps/career paths aligned with the Competency Framework for each job function.
• Develop and maintain the performance management/KPI system in collaboration with department heads.
• Plan and monitor the annual training budget, and measure ROI of employee development programs.
• Design leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates matching job requirements for clients and internal roles.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and sourcing timelines.
• Manage the candidate pool and database using the company's AI-powered recruitment tools/systems.
• Prepare and present job offers, and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
