คุณสมบัติ

1. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
2. • 5–8 years of experience in HRD/Training & Development, including prior team management experience.
3. • Experience designing Competency Frameworks and performance management systems.
4. • Strong presentation and communication skills with senior management.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
• Design and implement training roadmaps/career paths aligned with the Competency Framework for each job function. • Develop and maintain the performance management/KPI system in collaboration with department heads. • Plan and monitor the annual training budget, and measure ROI of employee development programs. • Design leadership development programs and succession planning.
