Job description:
Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
Gather requirement and ensure their targets are achieved at all time
Developing and implementing contemporary recruitment methods to attract and retain top quality Candidates appropriate to the position and the company's needs.
Review organization chart and manpower planning with line manager
Update recruitmen
• This position reports to the T&L Department Manager, monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Manage and evaluate the delivery of training and development program
• Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
• help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
