รายละเอียดงาน
Engaging in credit underwriting function, ensuring accurate evaluation of credit applications and delivering credit approval in a timely manner, in accordance with credit policies and procedures. This role involves conducting credit analysis and credit report preparation and collaborating with marketing and various departments.

- Analyze the credibility of customers and prepare credit reports for approval.

- Conduct credit analysis in compliance with laws and regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards.

- Ensure proposed credit facilities, limits, and terms & conditions in accordance with credit policies and guidelines.

- Align risk considerations with business goals to optimize lending opportunities while mitigating potential losses and not compromising credit quality.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to provide suitable products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Develop, enhance and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify areas for credit analysis process improvement and propose plans to enhance operational effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
2. - Minimum 5 years of experience in credit underwriting preferably in hire purchase and leasing for vehicle and machinery.
3. - Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment techniques.
4. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
5. - Ability to make sound credit justification and recommendation.
6. - Fluent English skills in both writing and speaking is a plus.
