• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, including advertising, and brand management.
• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Reports progress to marketing manager.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and LINE.
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
• Experience to work with program AI, Photoshop and VDO cut.
• Maintains the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
• Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures.
• Create activities to increase the number of customers (co-promotion, activity online and on ground).

5. 5. Data Collection and Analysis, Technology Skills and Experience with Major Social Media Platforms
6. 6. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Content Creation and Copywriting,
7. 7. Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative and Problem-Solving Skills.
8. 8. Able to communicate in English
