6. Supervise Admin Officer for following tasks
- Handle group insurance (in/out/change plan)
- Handle company car road tax/motor tax
- Apply and renewal excise license
- Apply and renewal sign board tax
- Apply and renewal food license
- Apply telephone/fax/net for new shop/restaurant
- Updated company affidavit letter
- Updated Pop Por 09 (add/delete branch, change business)
- Updated Por Por 06, Por Por 06.1 (add/delete POS)
- Updated Por Por 20 Vat register (Add/Delete)
- Apply EDC
- Arrange synergy card with TMB
- Updated rental agreement
- Arrange insurance for Shop/Restaurant
- Co-ordinate with agency for expat visa + work permit

- Bachelor's Degree in Political science, Business Administration or any related field
- 5 years of experience in Admin & HR field
