ดูแลและให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่พนักงาน (Hardware / Software / Network) ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows / macOS / Linux ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ Mac เช่น iMac / MacBook / macOS ดูแลระบบเครือข่าย LAN / Wi-Fi / Internet และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น ดูแลระบบ Backup, IT Security, User Access ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

*ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายและอุปกรณ์ IT ทั้งหมดในโรงแรม ทั้งในส่วนออฟฟิศ, ส่วนบริการลูกค้า เช่น ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณ wifi ผ่านทางมือถือหรือTv ในห้องพัก *ตรวจสอบสภาพและ maintenance อุปกรณ์ hardware software *ตรวจสอบและแก้ปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อ Network Lan wifi *ประสานงานกับผู้ขายจากบริษัทภายนอก

- เขียนโปรแกรมและพัฒนาระบบให้สำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ ภายใต้มาตรฐาน หลักเกณฑ์ และเวลาที่กำหนด - วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบ พัฒนาระบบและ ทดสอบโปรแกรม - พัฒนาปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบแอพพลิเคชั่นและฐานข้อมูล ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - สามารถพัฒนาด้วย PHP, HTML,JavaScript ฯลฯ ได้ - ดูแลระบบงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
