Job Description

Scope : To ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout stores in the Area. To ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Store Managers, whilst managing within agreed budgets.

To ensure your area of sites / stores are consistently performing in line with company standards and Store SOPs with a good productivity and performance.
Responsibility for stock control & management to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines so as to protect company property and assets.
Responsibility for driving stores sales and profitability as planed in store budget planning.
To priorities compliance issues sufficiently to ensure essential Legal compliance and ensure all store follow company procedures.
To identify business opportunities on potential new stores and existing store developments.
Analyse overall sales, audits, performance and customer service standards and identify potential for improvement.
Responsible for the successful opening and operation of a new or re-furbished store in the Area.
To ensure sufficient control reporting is used to deliver performance improvements.
Prioritize your time to meet the varying requirements of each store and operator on your area.

5. ทักษะ: ด้านภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก
6. ทักษะ: ด้านการใช้โปรแกรม MS-Office อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
7. ทักษะ: ด้านการใช้ Google Map
8. ทักษะ: ด้านการบริหารจัดการ การวางแผนในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี
