-Offer new products to customers.
-Going out to fine new customer and contact new customers by telephone.
-Prepare material for presentation such as price list, documents, pictures and brochure. Sometimes take the sample to give customers.
- Manages Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin outlet to achieve the highest hotel restaurant standard.
- Liaises with Chef and Beverage team to ensure that F&B are produced at optimum level.
- Maintains the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
- Ensures efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
