About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and insightful Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is not just a reporting role; you will be a key driver of our data-driven culture, turning complex data into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering insights, telling compelling stories with data, and is excited to explore and implement new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance our analytical capabilities and shape the future of our business.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
● Drive Insights, Not Just Reports: Go beyond surface-level data. Synthesize information from diverse sources (customer behavior, market trends, financial metrics) to identify opportunities, solve critical business challenges, and provide strategic recommendations.
● Master the Data Narrative: Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and visualizations using tools like Power BI. Present findings and strategic insights to management and cross-functional teams to influence decision-making.
● Innovate with AI and Emerging Tech: Proactively research, evaluate, and pilot new analytical tools, including AI-powered platforms, to automate processes, uncover deeper insights, and maintain our competitive edge. Be the go-to person for "what's next" in data analytics.
● Champion a Data-Driven Culture: Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, provide analytical support, and empower them to leverage data effectively in their day-to-day operations.
● Optimize Business Performance: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing intelligence to the organization.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience in an analytical role.
2. Strong Data Storyteller: You don’t just present numbers; you build a narrative. Exceptional skills in analysis, problem-solving, and presenting complex information in a simple, persuasive manner.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (beyond VLOOKUPs; think Power Query, complex modeling) and mastery of a data visualization tool like Power BI (including DAX) or Tableau. Basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
4. Growth Mindset & Tech Curiosity: A genuine passion for learning and a keen interest in emerging technologies. You actively follow trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics and are eager to apply them to solve business problems.
