รายละเอียดงาน
1. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการเร่งรัดหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อจัดเก็บหนี้สินเชื่อรถยนต์ค้างชำระ สถานะค้างชำระ 3 งวด ขึ้นไป (NPL) รวมถึงประสานงานดำเนินขั้นตอนทางกฎหมาย ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลตามนโยบายของธนาคาร
2. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดข้อมูลและเอกสารของลูกค้าที่ต้องการขยายระยะเวลาผ่อนชำระสินเชื่อรถยนต์ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขของธนาคาร และเสนอผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติ
3. ดูแลลูกค้าโดยให้บริการข้อมูลรายละเอียดและข้อบังคับในสัญญาเช่าซื้อ วิธีการและช่องทางการชำระหนี้ เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีแก่ลูกค้า
4. รับผิดชอบการปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ (DR / TDR) และโปรแกรมช่วยเหลือลูกค้ากลุ่มต่างๆ เช่น โปรแกรมคุณสู้เราช่วย โดยการวิเคราะห์และเสนอขออนุมัติตามขั้นตอนและนโยบายที่ธนาคารกำหนด
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ติดตามหนี้ 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง สามารถจัดเก็บหนี้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Excel , Word ขั้นพื้นฐาน
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ตามที่ธนาคารกำหนด
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ตรง การเร่งรัดหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อจัดเก็บหนี้สินเชื่อรถยนต์ค้างชำระ สถานะค้างชำระ 3 งวด ขึ้นไป (NPL) รวมถึงประสานงานดำเนินขั้นตอนทางกฎหมายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
