รายละเอียดงาน
The Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Officerwill align operations with the internal safety policy. The incumbent will train and communicate to staff, increasing safety awareness at the workplace. He/She will drive quality initiatives for safe operational functioning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Safety Management
• Report safety incidents and conduct analysis to investigate cause of incidents
• Ensure operational compliance with Thailand’s safety regulation and DHL internal safety policy
• Ensure proper parcel packing with appropriate size and material to prevent incidents from parcel movement
• Constantly monitor activities and ensure all work plans are aligned to prevent and reduce workplace hazard
• Ensure safety equipment is provided at the workplace
People Management
• Plan and organize safety related activities to develop a culture of safety, quality, performance and operational excellence
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop high safety skills among the organization’s functional departments
• Facilitate training programs and develop training materialsfor internal stakeholders to understand the corporate safety policy

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Male
2. • Age 25-35 Old
3. • Degree (or higher)in Occupational Health and Safety Science or related fields
4. • Certified Safety officer
5. • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in occupational health and safety management
6. • Good communication skills (Thai and English) and interpersonal skills
7. • Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
8. • Able to travel to other parts of Thailand and perform irregular working hours if needed
