• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for office and outsourced staff.
• Prepare and verify payroll, benefits, and Social Security data accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues for staff.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
• Design and develop web applications/systems that integrate AI/LLM technology (e.g., chatbots, automation, recommendation systems).
• Write code and maintain APIs connecting to AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic API, or other models).
• Collaborate with BA/SA to analyze requirements and design system architecture.
• Test and debug systems prior to delivery.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Use AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools) to create content and analyze marketing data.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (marketing ROI/spend tracking) to optimize strategy.
• Coordinate with the Graphic team and Sales team to produce promotional materials and sales-support content.
