• Promote and sell the assigned products to achieve the sales budget, profit margin and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations, training, and consultation with customers.
• Increase sales to existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Identify, establish and develop new customers to increase market share.

- Partner with Client’s loyalty & CRM manager and require working at Client office for 3 days in a week (in normal situation/not during the pandemic).
- All duties relating to the marketing campaigns and platforms operation of Client’s Loyalty & CRM program, especially promotions, CRM campaigns and platforms operations that relate to customer experience.
- Assist Customer Service operation team lead and client to ensure the customer experience from E2E on campaign execution and Program's C
