รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities

1.Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
2.Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
3.Reconciliation general ledger and checking between
Detail of financial statement
COGS sheet
Stock card, AP – AR aging
Bank Statement
4.Verified COGS sheet in depth
5.Analysis COGS & Expenses
6.Manage month-end and year-end closing
7.Organize financial data into useable information and maintatin updated records.
8.Record prepaid and accrued account.
9.Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
10.Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
11.Ensure compliance with the law
12.Keeping and filling all GL documents and Tax report
13.Keeping and filling important document of company such as PP.20,09,06 etc…
14.Ensure compliance with the law
15.Ad-hoc special project and any assignment
16.Coordinate with other related

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 25 - 35 years old
2. Proven work experience as an accounting supervisor
3. Experience in industrial of F&B restaurant , retail and service business.
4. Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
5. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
6. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Team management skills
9. Experience with accounting software ( eg. MAC5, SAP B1, Microsoft dynamic and POS – Micros)
10. Accounting certification ( e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
