รายละเอียดงาน
-Manage and coordinate new product development (NPD) according to approved plans
-Co-develop product concepts and create Product Briefs with brand and R&D teams
-Analyze competitor data and define product benchmarks with R&D
-Coordinate with production, purchasing, and packaging teams for samples and testing
-Support consumer testing and analyze results for product readiness
-Maintain product specifications, test reports, and documentation
-Ensure compliance with company standards on quality, safety, and regulations

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields
2. Work Experience : At least 3 years of experience in product development, food innovation, research and development, or innovation project
