Now Hiring: Thai Cashier / Guest Services Staff
Location: Hookers Fishing Lodge & Resort, Pattaya
Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Thai cashier who can also assist with guest reception and restaurant duties throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests on arrival
Help with check-in, orientation, and guest needs
Handle cash and POS entries (working as part of a cashier team)
Support restaurant operations and guest seating
Answer bookings/inquiries via LINE and WhatsApp (Thai & English)
Keep guest areas clean and presentable
Cooperate with FOH and BOH teams
Follow direction from the Head Chef and Senior Management
English speaking required.
Experience in hospitality or restaurants is a plus.

หน้าที่หลัก:
ต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าเมื่อมาถึง
ให้ข้อมูลและดูแลลูกค้าระหว่างการเข้าพัก
รับเงินสด และบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ POS (ทำงานร่วมกับทีมแคชเชียร์)
สนับสนุนการให้บริการในร้านอาหาร และประสานงานเรื่องที่นั่งลูกค้า
ตอบแชทและรับจองผ่าน LINE และ WhatsApp (ภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ)
ดูแลความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ส่วนลูกค้า
ทำงานร่วมกับทีมหน้าบ้านและหลังบ้าน
ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำจากหัวหน้าเชฟและผู้บริหารระดับสูง
ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานโรงแรมหรือร้านอาหารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศ
