Operation Specialist Trainee Program (OSTP) is an 18-Month Program, designed for you, a passionate candidate in the restaurant industry, and provides an opportunity for you to advance your career in The Cheesecake Factory.
You will be trained aboard in our restaurants. The program will start and rotate you in the key positions such as server, bartender and baker in order to become our certified trainer for the opening of our first restaurant in Thailand. The training will continue post-opening and give you the possibility of joining our management program after the completion of OSTP.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai native
- Worked in restaurants and hotels for 3-5 years (Front of House positions)
- 3+ years in a senior/supervisory level position is preferable
- Graduates who have experience in the hospitality industry are welcomed
- Passionate, energetic, motivated, and committed candidates
- Language skills: Excellent Thai, good English communication (speaking and writing)
