รายละเอียดงาน
1. Act as a secondary IT project management or as executed if there was any IT project deployment from HQ.
2. Monitor and act as 1st level support for internal and external systems.
3. Perform daily monitoring in network and internet communication on the assigned entity.
4. As act 1st level support of all IT infrastructure matters.
5. Key person to contact branch vendor/service provider if there was issue require them to be on site.
6. Helpdesk support, troubleshoot problems reported by users.
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Minimum education in Diploma in Information Technology.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT of relevant work.
3. Preferable speak and write in English.
4. Knowledge in Windows environment (server and endpoint)
5. Knowledge in LAN and VLAN.
