รายละเอียดงาน
• Monitor the daily efficiency and report concerns to the immediate manager for the area.
• Plan daily line production and resources to reach the daily targets
Liaise with the fulfilment, spare parts and repair team in relation to supply of DGI and spare parts inventory, where applicable
• Attend monthly and other team meetings of the area which contribute to the planning processes
• Provide on line training for the production team members to ensure compliance with all work instructions and technical compliance of the products
• Provide support to the managers with planning future training requirements
• Daily reports as specified by the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure quality management and continuous improvement by reviewing the processes and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance to Quality, ISMS, WHS and Environment policies of the company and any statutory requirements;
• Ensure team members and visitors to the repair room comply with the company’s ESD policy and requirements
• Ensure all customer issues are addressed on a timely manner and rectified
• Encourage and promote a cohesive and harmonious team environment, by engaging the hearts and minds of team members through respect and dignity, and building mutually beneficial relationships
• Promote the company’s policies and culture
• Delivery of any extra responsibility allocated by Operation manager, company director or Quality Manager to the person recruited under this job title and covered in particular policy or work instruction.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Minimum of Bachelor of Electronics Technology, Engineering Program or related field.
2. Experience 3-5 years in repairing Smart phones, tablets and other consumer electronics and operating systems
3. Problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
4. Organisational and team leader skills
5. The ability to investigate and identify trends Technical skills
6. Better than average writen and spoken English communication skill
7. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skill in access.
