- Handle customer enquiries, service request that concern for travel insurance.
- Follow up, research, resolve and handle all inquiries, difficult customer and complaints on a timely and accurate basis and avoid having to refer to higher authorities.
- Coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure all of customer cases achieving.
- Maintain a quick reference guide to ensure that all updated information is on hand, without having to leave the desk to look for information.
- Report daily on the number of input and output transactions, other actions taken or to be taken.

1. Bachelor Degree in business or related field
2. Minimum 2 year working experience in Call Centre on Travel Service
3. Efficient in English communications (Speaking, Writing and Reading) with TOEIC score above 500
4. Good computer skills and abilities: MS Office and MS Outlook.
5. Good responsibility and able to work under pressure
6. Good attitude with service mind.
7. Related with Insurance or Travel business is advantage
