รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop, update, and monitor all company policies, rules and regulations, and announcements, to comply with local labor law and other applicable laws, corporate policies
• Draft compliance policies and follow through to ensure the implementation of procedures
• Ensure employee relations and related general affairs are well maintained and executed in the right direction
• Initiate trainings, workshops, and being a trainer, as needed to line managers to ensure employment relations subjects, company policies, rules & regulations
• Lead Labor Relations Strategy to support business strategy
• Initiate and organize associate’s recreational activities

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law or related field
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in the field of legal affairs or compliance
3. Deep understanding of Thai labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms, with demonstrated experience navigating complex HR challenges in the local context
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
5. High responsibility, Reliable, and Accountable
