รายละเอียดงาน
Part: Maintenance
1. Participate in the creation and implementation of best practice engineering and maintenance strategies, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
2. Adhere to the maintenance management system (Daily and weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly inspections) to ensure smooth operation of plants.
3. Develop the plan of preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule, perform preventive maintenance, plan for missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver efficiently.
4. Schedule the internal and external work to maximize planned downtime and minimize unplanned downtime.
5. Manage teams to ensure machine availability, proactively manage abnormal machines with the shift management.
6. Ensure the regular calibration and the maintenance of various electrical-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
7. Spare parts management with preventive maintenance system and tracking plan.
8. Enter the information and hold responsibility for the maintenance budget.
9. Prepare an annual maintenance budget and forecast and all funds.
Part: Engineer
10. Contribute to a new business initiatives, projects, reviews and communicates the impact on maintenance activities (Management of change).
11. Efficiently address the maintenance issues to be resolved, including small projects with appropriate skills in the team and the effective planning and management of work.
12. Investigate and certify compliance with engineering information systems, design and product development to meet usage needs and including Thai law.
13. Optimize the equipment according to standard procedures, increase product efficiency and quality ensure achievement of all objective key results (OKR).
14. Communicate the OKRs from monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans to each employee.
15. Attend continuous training and development according to the skill schedule.
16. Perform the root cause analysis and the resolve problems.
17. Manage the contractors onsite to ensure they comply with a legal and company requirements.
18. Work as part of a management team to share ideas for improvement.
19. Collaborate with team to achieve goals and objectives according to department KPIs.
20. Support and comply with the safety, occupational health and environmental regulations, including the environmental impact assessment measures (EIA).
21. Comply with the quality management system (ISO 9001) and the environmental management system (ISO 14001).
22. Support the 5S activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace by creating a clean, orderly and safe workplace.
23. Other assignments to support teams and other departments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male, age 26-35-year-old.
2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3. At least 3-year experience in field.
4. Have experience in chemical industries is prefer
5. Have knowledge in Maintenance and Utility
6. Have leadership and communication skill.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Good English communication (Listen, Speak, Read, Write).
9. Good computer skill (Ms. Office, AutoCad, etc.)
10. Has a professional engineering license in the mechanical major or related major.
