  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education,BusinesAdministration, or a related field. Additional training or certification in Learning & Development is an advantage
  2. 5 years of experience in manufacturing or training
  3. Experience in organizing and delivering training programs in a business environment.
  4. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Ability to collect, analyze, and report basic data related to training outcomes.
  7. Proficiency with standard office and learning management systems


Job Overview The Functional Skilled Knowledge Training Specialist supports the FSK Training Director in coordinating, delivering, and improving FSK training programs within the TAL Group. The role ensures that training content meets business needs and supports employee development, focusing on the effective administration and continuous improvement of FSK training. Key Accountabilities 1. Program development and Improvement • Be trained as Instructional Design Architect to adapt and update training materials based on feedback and business requirements. • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to recommend improvements. • Monitor training status and effectiveness using established metrics, reporting key trends to FSK Training Director. • Support the design and implementation of new training initiatives as directed by senior management. 2. Training Coordination & Compliance Administration • Oversee the organization of FSK training sessions in region to ensure smooth logistics and effective delivery. • Support FSK Training Director in monitoring factory implementation compliance, including conducting audits and observing accreditation to ensure process adherence and uncover issues needing program enhancement. • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in line with company policies. • Ensure all training activities comply with relevant standards and guidelines. • Compile training status reports at group level, highlighting key issues and escalating to senior management. 3. Training Delivery • Be trained to conduct the Train the trainer master class for in-region factories. 4. In-Region Stakeholder Engagement • Depending on location, serve as a key point of contact for FSK training-related queries in Vietnam / Thailand. • Coordinate with subject matter expert to ensure quality content delivery. • Take lead in relationship building with factory management and FSK team within the region in support of the FSK Training Director, proactively following through with leadership to seek resolutions for issues.
