1. Full-time availability and commitment to the role.
2. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, with a valid Professional School Administration License.
3. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably within a bilingual, international, or Thai school setting.
4. At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience, holding a valid teaching license and qualified to teach Thai Language and Thai Culture
5. Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks, accreditation processes, and Ministry of Education (MOE) regulations.
6. Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
7. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
The Thai School Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the school’s operations in full compliance with Thai educational laws, standards, and regulations. The role ensures successful accreditation and quality assurance processes with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA). The Thai School Director also plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local government agencies, the Ministry of Education, the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, and the wider community. This position safeguards the school’s reputation while supporting academic excellence and effective collaboration within a bilingual education environment.
