คุณสมบัติ

1. Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, psychology or a related field
3. 1+years of working experience as training & development or hospitality sales
4. Excellent communication and persuasive skill
5. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
1. Deliver end-to-end training programs and courses. 2. Be a sales representative for hotel training program pitching and able to work as consultant to human resources or talent & development department in hotel 3. Design and prepares competency, individual career development path, and training plan for all position in hotel 4. Monitor and evaluate during the training to ensure that the trainees gained the knowledge during the training and able to adapt with working operation 5. Surveying the market about the training program and analyze the information in order to create the training courses 6. Writes down course content or key-takeaway for marketing communication purpose 7. Inputs all data entry including course description, course content, quiz and other course-related materials for all courses into e-learning platform 8. Coordinates and collaborates with trainers and guest speakers with good relationship 9. Organize on-site hotel corporate training if needed 10. Keep up-to-date with the current hospitality situation and training needs/requirement 11. Able to act as a trainer or consultant and able to provide assistance to the trainees or learners when required 12. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Product & Training Manager
