Trade Marketing Executive

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Category Management, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG
- Beauty or Cosmetics experience is an advantage
- Result-oriented, Detail-oriented, willing to go the extra mile, and can-do attitude
- Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving, strong interpersonal skill
- Think outside the box to help the brand continue to be disruptive and innovative on the market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible and well organized with sense of priorities
Job Description ;
• Plan, develop and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotional material and activity, new launch plan, and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sales (POS) materials and promotions to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing initiatives
• Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives, brand messaging, and sales revenue targets
• Work with sales team regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, etc. to ensure effective implementation and execution
• Collaborate with external partners to negotiate trade marketing agreements, trade spend budgets, and promotional activities
• Create and maintain trade marketing calendar
• Plan with promotion, events, and VM additional trade tools needed and ensure proper allocation
• Market visit on regular basis to learn and observe market scenario, competition and success/impact of executed sales promotion activities and POS provided
• Develop promotions or trade deals on slow moving or near expiry products or promotions
• Track down the sell-out data by SKU and analyze each product on weekly basis each POS/ store
• Monitor and evaluate efficiency of promotion campaigns and adjust strategies to cater changing market needs • Provide guidance and support to store team members in executing trade marketing activities effectively
• Develop and build strong relationships with retail partners
• Perform competitive analysis to create effective communications and differentiations to strengthen the product presence in stores
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing activities, including inventory management and logistics
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
