คุณสมบัติ

1. 1. Good command of written & spoken Thai and fair understanding of English language
2. 2. Computer literacy in MS office, Auto CAD, Photo shop, Illustrator, Presentation Software and 3D Modeling would be advantage.
3. 3. Passionate in design, creative, team work skill, open-minded, good human relations and personalit
4. 4. Hard working and can meet deadlines.
5. 5. Be able to work independently and perform work under pressure.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
1. Conceptual Design. 1.1 Gather information required for the design including TOR, site condition, etc. and analyze the information received 1.2 Preliminary design according to a design concept and existing data. 1.3 Prepare documents submitting to Owner or its representative. 2. Detailed Design. 2.1 Work with other FEC department/disciplines for project planning and scheduling 2.2 Data analysis and coordinate with others for further clarification and requirements. 2.3 Perform the design based on the data received and architectural standards. 2.4 Make presentation to Owner. Concerns include Owner’s requirements / comments, and designer’s suggestions. Proposed solutions shall be given in case of problem found. 2.5 Prepare and issue for construction (IFC) drawings, including specifications, and other supporting documents for bidding purpose. 3. During the Construction Phase. 3.1 Coordinate with FEC site personnel ensuring construction work being proceeded per the design. 3.2 Review contractor’s Shop-Drawings. 3.3 Give advice in regard to constructability, drawings and materials. 3.4 Examine architectural works and contractor’s as-built drawings
