คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or related fields from top universities.
2. Have a good command of English and Math.
3. Have a growth mindset and be open to new knowledge.
4. Have a great analytical skill and critical thinking
5. Have a good skill in Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Interested in an overall business process.
7. Have the ability to do self-study and develop knowledge.
8. Proven experience in business development, particularly in real estate.
9. Have good interpersonal skills and being a good communicator is a must.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
As a Senior Real Estate Sale and Marketing, you will need to take responsibility to negotiate with customer, run CRM process, organize information, collect customers data, be an admin of real estate agent website, and engage with real estate agents to create sales/rental. As part of a small team, you will be exposed to all aspects of real estate work – research, marketing (both online and offline), legal, strategic planning, and customer relations. Responsibility 1. Negotiate and close the deal with satisfaction on both sides. 2. Collect the customer’s information and arrange it in a systematic way. 3. Provide a relevant business report of the project and present it to the Upper level. 4. Monitor and run the CRM process to make sure that the process can finished on time. 5. Good at engaging the social media and agent to create leads for sales and rental for real estate property. 6. Able to travel to actual land sites if needed 7. Mentor and guide junior team members in various aspects of real estate operations. 8. Other works that have been assigned.
