คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Have 2 - 3 years of experience in after-sale service HVAC or Precision air condition system
3. Able to work upcountry on occasionally and have driving license.
4. Proficiency in English communication.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
1. Communicate with customer for understanding and resolving product quality problems at customer's site 2. Communicate with customer regarding quality problems related to the precision air product 3. Cooperate with product owner and service team in resolving product quality problems. 4. Verify on problematic parts and/or details relating to the precision air system 5. Combine and analyze customer feedback on a monthly basic and report the situation to product owner and service team to improve product quality standard
