คุณสมบัติ

1. Male or Female, Age not over 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree graduated related to Service business or related fields.
3. xperienced in Customer Service, Call Center or Customer Complaint would be advantage.
4. Good service-minded, Positive thinking

6. Computer literate in MS Office.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. - Researching required information using accessible resources. - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. - Following up complicated customer calls where required. - Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.
