  3. Standard Microsoft office e.g., Power Point, Basic Excel & Pivot, Word

• Report information about quotation including announcement after the bidding then store the bidding information into the system. • Study and interpret customer’s preference from documents prior and after the bidding announcement. • Study and interpret client’s preference who requested a quotation. • Accurately prepare complete documents and files within time span as well as following-up with bidding • Report supervisor immediately when documentation problems occurred. • Prepare and deliver document to the person who handles business transaction in timely fashion. • Prepare and organize document for collecting fee from client in order to publish or renew a bank guarantee. • Track bank guarantee before returning it to the bank after the guarantee is expired. • Prepare a quote offer form correctly, which includes customer’s name, product name, price, forms, to provide a final quote for customer in timely fashion. • Prepare document with quote offer form corresponding to customer’s preference. • Check in with customer after the quote offer form has been sent for confirmation. • Collect evidence prior to and after the quotation has been sent as well as quote offer form receipt in both hard copy and soft file in Vela system. • Communicate with customer and client to build genuine relationships and common understanding in order to complete tasks in timely fashion • Understand and be familiarized with the work processes and procedures to create brand image for the organization.
