Essential Responsibilities • Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee drinks • Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, • inventory management, and cash handling • Maintain bar product usage and par levels in line business levels • Follows standards T bar cash handling, health & sanitation and safety & security procedures • Continuously participate in all training and/or activities to further knowledge, understanding and mastery of products, services
