คุณสมบัติ

1. 1.Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
2. 2.At least 5 years of work experience as OA supervisor from financial industry
3. 3.Able to work well under pressure and highly responsible
4. 4.Good team player
5. 5.Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word)
6. 6.Good negotiation, leadership, problem solving and management skill
7. 7.Highly motivated to work for a fast-growing company and always find ways to improve his/her skills

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1.Manage external collection agencies (ECA) to achieve revenue target in the most cost-effective ways. 2.Ensure full compliance with Collectius’ policies and SOP at all time. 3.Plan for ECA visit, reassignment, new ECA recruitment, and perform ECA audit check on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the target achievement and ECA’s full compliance to the company’s policies and related regulations. 4.Review and approve the full settlement/installment with discount request under the approval matrix and escalate to the Management for special request. 5.Implement best practices/process control 6.Review and propose competitive commission and incentive scheme to motivate ECA 7.Work closely with in-house collection team and related parties in order to achieve overall target 8.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly ECA collection performance and other related reports 9.Review and confirm monthly ECA commission 10.Receive, investigate, and handle customer's complaint under ECAs and take actions in a timely manner สวัสดิการ - ประกันสังคม - ค่า Incentive - โบนัสประจำปี - สัมมนาประจำปี - เงินรับขวัญ กรณีคลอดบุตร - เงินช่วยเหลือค่าฌาปณกิจ บิดา มารดา คู่สมรส และบุตร - ค่ารักษาพยาบาลขั้นต่ำ ปีละ 10,000 บาท (ปรับขึ้นตามตำแหน่ง) - สวัสดิการเงินกู้ยืมพนักงาน - วันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี - ประกันสังคม - พนักงานผู้ชายลาเพื่อดูแลบุตรแรกเกิด ได้ 4 สัปดาห์ - วันหยุดงานพิเศษในวันเกิด - ทุนการศึกษาบุตร
