1. Business Planning 2. Review Company Reports to build an understanding of customer objectives and direction 3. Plan, develop, agree, and implement an annual Joint Business plan with the specified customer 4. Monitor, progress, and review business plans with the customer and with the Sales Controller activating contingency plans when needed 5. Design an annual promotional programme for all platforms (in store and online) in liaison with Thailand Marketing to deliver national marketing plan, sales objectives, customer, and consumer needs 6. Maximize commercial value of consumer insight data 7. Agree promotional forecast with Demand Planning to support the achievement of annual Forecasting Accuracy objectives 8.Agree monthly promotional support packages with customers including second sites, trade marketing and online support 9. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Including develops, maintains and communicates with online & offline distributor network. 10. HR Recruiting and training the sales & marketing team 11. Under direction of Director, hires, trains, mentors and grows a sales team and guides efforts in their respective markets. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills and monitor the quality of service of staff. 12. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and provide rationale to Sales Controller. 13. upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls 14. Manage Gross to net controls to optimize profitability 15. Manage an investment plan to drive consumer awareness whilst maximizing profitability 16. Deliver maximum consumer engagement from trade investment 17. Control and minimize the detrimental impact of returns on profitability 18. Review optimum investment of trade price reductions to deliver strong promotional consumer engaging messages 19. Accurately prepare financial accrual requests and implement these with the Commercial team 20. Agree additional distribution/space for WILD FERNS brands when appropriate meetings 21. Attend and contribute to monthly Review meetings with Marketing and Demand Planning 22. Attend and contribute to twice monthly Forecast review meetings with Demand Planning 19. Plan, prepare and manage customer meetings with cross functional contacts: Buying, supply, POS, store 23. Attend and present project group work at annual conference 24. Build strategic plans to build specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short- and long-term company, customer, and consumer objectives 25. Develop strategic projects with the customer to ensure future growth of the business Liaise with the Senior buying teams at the customer to maximize the trading relationship.
