คุณสมบัติ

1. 1. Bachelor/ Master's degree in any related field
2. 2. Experience in export sales at least 5 years
3. 3. Experience with distributors is a plus
4. 4. Fluent English skill is required. (Negotiation with foreign customers, e-mail correspondence)
5. 5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
6. 6. Experience communicating with a variety of nationalities in a fast-paced environment
7. 7. Good communication and negotiation skills
8. 8. Be systematic, strategic thinking, fast learning and able to work under pressure
9. 9. Able to travel abroad

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
Job Description • Responsible for sales activities for overseas territories to achieve the company's business plan /KPIs • Business development in line with company’s growth policy • Work closely with oversea customers and team members to build and maintain a good relationship, and to support their requirements • Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery schedule and so on • Resolve customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service in a timely manner • Develop methods for motivating and inspiring team members and colleagues • Track and report progress on customer budgets and ongoing forecast on a weekly/monthly basis to management. • Periodically conduct market research to study and analyse the market trends and needs of customers • Propose the appropriate strategies to management to increase sales • Be able to travel on business trip abroad • Coordinate inter-departments on relevant products management & sales administration activities • Other tasks as assigned by Managing Director
