Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures •Be the champion of the WG&S portfolio in the Thailand on-trade, conducting training, driveadvocacy and build brand knowledge within the Thailand on-trade. •Actively look for opportunities to sell products once opportunities arise – conversion fromrelationships to sales - delivering brand distribution and sales targets through sound planning,people management and alignment of brand strategies, business systems and processes. •Leverage existing relationships to build and drive distribution and build influential relationshipsacross the distributor, wholesaler and customer base in order to identify and exploitopportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. •Leverage the relationship with Key Accounts to optimise the performance of our brands at thepoint of purchase through the activation of agreed promotional programmes. •Execute the customer contact strategy – defined in the Annual plan – delivering high levels ofcustomer satisfaction •To focus on a “QDVAAA” and execute the “Minimum Execution Standard” in the On-Tradecustomers to be align with the regional brand strategies. •To be achieve on the outlet coverage and call rate in the responsible area. •Using “GreatVines” application for recording & analysing in the on-trade outlets. •To provide supporting information for Distributor Quarterly Business Reviews including brandpresentations, market performance data and overview financial information. •Working on commercial planning to ensure Thailand is adhering to the commercial planningprocess and meeting deadlines, while championing the roll out of WG&S Commercial Excellenceprogramme. •To create and update Brand selling decks as required •To update pricing information for the on-trade with Regional Stakeholders and Finance
