  1. Bachelor of faculty of information and communication technology or faculty of business administration.
  2. English language certificate in any proficiency test list such as Toeic, Toefl and Ielts.
  3. Any certificate of small class of retail and hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  4. Male/Female Age between 27-33
  5. 2 years previous experience in the pre-sale or technical consultant roles.
  6. 1 years previous experience in the retail business and hospitality industry would be advantageous.


Marketing Solution - Finding solution that is suitable for the job - Create workflow, concept, SOP for workflow sequence. - Site survey to get various requirements from customers - Coordinate for meetings, make agreements with relevant teams about creating a solution - Create timeline to work, create Action plan - Coordinate with relevant departments to create a solution - Test the system after develop - Gather test data. To inform the suggestion and create manuals - Coordinate create marketing material (Sales Kit, VDO, Brochure, Social media) - Training for related parties - Upload product information on KM and announce product standard announcements to all parties. - Follow up on the solution implementation in the project. Hardware - Providing equipment for support marketing and solutions - Compare and select equipment for various projects - Coordinate for mutual agreement on equipment suitability - Create timeline for testing equipment - Test equipment - Gather test data for creating a Standard product. - Coordinate create Marketing material (Sales Kit, Brochure, Social media) - Training for related parties - Upload product information on KM and announce product standard announcements to all parties Special Project - Propose the right solution for the project - Get various requirements from Partner and Customer to apply the solution to suit the project - Make a system to offer customers and test the operation of the system - Implement system for customers - Standby process - Support work for customers in case of working problems - Provide information for support for the relevant team - Track the performance, support, and project performance Support - Receive issues, investigate problems and find solutions from customers via call in, eMail, etc. - In the case of hardware devices, will coordinate with the workshop to inspect - In the case of software, will coordinate with the develop side to inspect in case of Bug - In the event that it cannot be resolved will coordinate with the foreign country for more information - Update the editing information on KM to use as a space for sharing information with other parties. - Help support other departments in the event of a manpower shortage or an urgent project.
